If You’re Selling and You Know It Clap Your Hands!

You know it’s gonna be a good day when the first thing you see in the morning is this headline: Girl’s twin removed from inside her stomach.

Today’s post is going to be short because of the blindingly beautiful weather outside. After what feels like ten years of arctic winter, the sun has finally started to shine up here in little old Washington and hot dang, it’s gorgeous out there! It’s a balmy and mild mid-70’s and I can feel the harmful UV rays calling my pallid flesh like the siren song that has claimed so many unfortunate sailors.

I think the sunny weather is a special treat just for us, because our real estate genius’ came over today to take pictures of our house. Barring no heinous misfortunes, our house will be going on the market this weekend. Can I get a HECK YES?! After a remodelling adventure the likes of which my sanity has never encountered and a mortgage market that’s messier than the history of the Middle East, we’re finally ready to throw our hats into the ring. It feels so good to type that.

Then again, though, ask me how I feel after having my house on the market for awhile and I may be singing a very different tune. I think this jingle will suffice for now, though, so we’ll just leave it at that, shall we?
