The Quest for Skinny Erika Week 12

The Erika on the right in the photo above doesn’t know she’ll have the stomach flu in a couple days. That’s why she’s smiling so much.

Anyway, gastroenterological woe aside, great weight loss success this week. In my blog post for Fitness Together Sammamish this week, I talk about how it’s possible that I ate a metric ton of food during a Passover celebration and still managed to lose weight. If you feel like it, please check it out!

  1. *squeels* You look so great. You’re toning up so fast. Hey did you happen to get like, a cholestorol check before you started? Be interesting to watch those numbers go down too. Not having health insurance I never did…. You need to write another post about your fitness goals, and I’d love to hear more about your gym time.

  2. -Jennifer, Thank you! I had my cholesterol checked when I was preggers and it was normal.normal. I have to admit, though, it would be pretty gratifying to see the numbers drop below normal. Take THAT, bacon fat from two years ago! My personal trainers did a body fat composition analysis before I started working with them, I bet those numbers have gone down too! Also, haWHAT?! You don’t have health insurance?!

  3. I second Jennifer, I want to know your fitness goals. Do you end up counting the number of calories you eat everyday? How long do you plan to continue training with a PT?
Oh, btw, did I say that you look greeeeatttt ?!? :))

  4. -G, I do count all the calories I eat every day, even when I had the stomach flu! I think I’ll keep training with a PT until I hit my goal weight of 170 lbs., I think that’d be a good weight for me. Thanks for the compliments!
